Launched on August 21, Dine OutSide is Tourism Vancouver’s latest summer initiative that celebrates some of the best food and drink in the city, at an affordable price. The festival runs from August 21 – September 21 and has over 161 participating restaurants, including Fairmont Pacific Rim’s The Lobby Lounge. The Lobby Lounge menu is offered at $35 per person and features a selection of RawBar favourites such as smoked sablefish + bacon miso soup, sushi nori taco trio and the chef’s bento. The three course menu includes an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
