The Lobby Lounge at Fairmont Pacific Rim is set to welcome three renowned bars and lounges from all over the Pacific Northwest for an exclusive bar takeover on Sunday evening, April 28, from 4:30pm – 8:30pm. The renowned bars will be serving-up signature cocktails from their local haunts, where guests can sip on a selection of the best cocktails in the West for this inaugural event in an ongoing series throughout the year. The bars and lounges from this evening are as follows:
THE RAVEN ROOM RESTAURANT + COCKTAIL BAR
The Raven Room is a restaurant and bar situated in the heart of Whistler Village. The establishment is owned and operated by four locals who prioritize three things: excellent food, drinks, and company.
The bar staff at The Raven Room meticulously selects spirits and uses traditional techniques to create unique cocktails that are not available anywhere else. In addition to their cocktails, they offer a carefully curated selection of local craft beer and low-intervention wine.
WOLF IN THE FOG
The team at Wolf in the Fog has captured the essence of Tofino in their inviting dining experience. They have incorporated handcrafted design elements and Chef Nick Nutting’s local fish and foraged-focused menu that showcases Tofino’s artisan talents. You can choose from their on-tap beers, carefully-curated wines, or try one of their innovative cocktails that complement the bold flavors and local ingredients served at Wolf in the Fog.
CLIVE’S CLASSIC LOUNGE
Clive’s Classic Lounge is a cocktail bar that was established in 2008 and has become a respected player in the international cocktail community. Over the years, it has been nominated seven times for “Canada’s Best International Hotel Bar” at the prestigious Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, making it one of the most highly awarded cocktail bars in Canada. Cocktail enthusiasts from around the world have embraced Clive’s.
Led by Lounge Manager and Executive Bar Keep Shawn Soole, the Clive’s bar team is constantly reinventing themselves with exciting cocktails for their dynamic and seasonally changing cocktail program.

Shaken or stirred, The Lobby Lounge bar takes centre stage in Vancouver cocktail scene. Led by Creative Beverage Director Grant Sceney, each cocktail is inspired by the season and is a platform for creativity. Whether it’s sipping on Sakura Sake Sangria to embrace the spring season or trying The Act of Art cocktail in honour of the Jack Shadbolt exhibitions at the Pacific Gallery, there is a cocktail for everyone at The Lobby Lounge.
