With these limited time feature cocktails, you will find a mix of unusual ingredients paired perfectly with Canadian inspiration, resulting in harmonious flavours and a ‘Pacific Rim’ twist on the classics.

EVERYTHING NOW re-imagines the classic Long Island Iced Tea, and is made with Canadian spirits and was inspired by the Arcade Fire’s hit song, nominated for Single of the Year.
HALFWAY HOME features Vancouver Island Gin and is inspired by the Toronto-based indie rock group, Broken Social Scene, with as many as nineteen members, nominated for Group of the Year.
THE ROOTS WHERE I STAND is a bold yet refreshing take on the classic Boulevardier, anchored with Canadian rye whisky and inspired by the aboriginal electronic artists A Tribe Called Red, nominated for Group of the Year.
So pull up a seat in our cozy lounge, sip ceremoniously, and we dare you try not to bob along to our Canadian live music artists in The Lobby Lounge and RawBar. - Order one of the three JUNO inspired cocktails off The Lobby Lounge and RawBar cocktail menu (Everything Now, Halfway Home, or The Roots Where I Stand)
- Receive one ballot ticket (one entry per cocktail purchase) and place into ballot box
- Earn one additional ticket if you post a photo of your cocktail on Instagram and tag @fairmontpacific and use the hashtag #pacificrimlife
- Contest winner will be contacted on Sunday, March 25 at 11:00am. Tickets to be picked up from Fairmont Pacific Rim concierge.
